Evidence based natural medicine!

Naturopathy under the Microscope

Natural Medicines, and Naturopaths aim to restore optimal health by natural means, free of side-effects, free of drugs and their side effects and free of harm of any kind.

A Naturopath is practicing Active Prevention, by "scientific evidence" based lifestyle strategies, nutritional guidance, supplements and herbal medication to prevent diseases.

*Note: Medical Practitioners need to wait for a disease to manifest, before they can treat it.

*Note: Most accusation against natural therapies are based on ignorance and misrepresentations.

  1. Don't compare Oranges and Apples, each profession has it's own unique aim and philosophy.

  2. Medical treatment is to "fight disease". The patient is passive.

  3. Naturopathic treatment is to "support health". The patient is actively involved.

  4. Naturopaths don't treat notifiable conditions, and they do not "treat cancer".

Naturopathic & Natural Therapy Evidence Database:

*Naturopathic therapeutic agents are all scientifically validated to have a curative or a supportive role in human or animal health, including; Vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids, pro-biotic's, botanical and herbal remedies, specific foods and super foods.
