Hi, my name is Beth Spencer. I'm a personal coach using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Reimprinting (an advanced form of EFT) working over Skype with people in Australia and internationally.

With these techniques I guide my clients to identify and release the pain and disempowering beliefs that they are carrying from their past experiences.

I've spent many years working on a range of issues to do with my own health and career as a writer, and EFT and Matrix Reimprinting are the best tools I've come across.

They are gentle, effective and rapid when compared to traditional counselling or psychotherapy approaches.
