Sonja is 32, with a beautiful daughter.
She is someone who will help others on
their journey to achieve - she utilizes her
gift of healing hands to light their way.

 

In 1997 Sonja was accredited in Reiki I, Rei Ki II in 2003, and became a Master Teacher in 2004.
She is also a Certified Hopi Ear Candling Therapist and has a keen personal interest in Aromatherapy, Ancient Herb Lore & Reflexology.

 

In 2002 Sonja became an Ordained Minister with World Light Ministries - to offer spiritual guidance and assist with providing an holistic approach to her clients well-being.

 

Sonja's interest in Holistic Therapies began in her teenage years, where she would encourage family and friends to include alternative practices. This in turn has guided her into her own practice today!

The Usui system of Natural Healing

Reiki is a method of universal life energy renewal which does not involve exercise. Reiki is the most simple and natural healing method known, and is the most effective way of transferring

DEFINITION

Reiki is Holistic in effect. It is experienced as a subtle flow of energy emanating from the hands, palms and fingers when placed on the body.

Many people suffer from blocked ears, constantly ringing cars or glue ear.
Many of our children complain of swimmers ear, leading to headaches, feeling like there is water trapped.
The solution can be as simple as an Ear Candling Treatment.

 

For hundreds of years the American Hopi Indian tribes used the gentle art of ear candling, known today as 'Thermotherapy' to cleanse the ears.

 

The basic technique involves the use of a hollow candle, which looks like a thick straw. The flames at the top of the candle creates a vacuum, which gently encourages the excess wax in the ear to come away. The body will release only old dirty wax and will quickly replace with clean wax.

The ear candle technique is ideal for removing decayed and polluted wax which can have insects, candida (yeast infection) or a fungal infection lodged inside the auditory canal.
