Acupuncture -Traditional Chinese & Japanese
Acupuncture is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which originated in China over 5,000 years ago.
It is practice all of the world and has been proved to be safe and effective.
An Acupuncturist uses fine needles to stimulate specific points along meridian lines ( energy) on the body for therapeutic purposes.
Heat ( Moxa burning), pressure, friction, suction, or impulses of electromagnetic energy to stimulate the points are also used.. The acupoints (acupuncture points) are stimulated to balance the movement of energy (qi) in the body to restore health.
Acupuncture is based on natural principles, understanding the interaction of the 5 elements, fire, earth, metal, water and wood, and the principles of yin and yang.
Diagnosis is done by The Chinese Pulse and Tongue Diagnosis.
