Anti Stress Information - Stress management
Many professions will work as anti-stress practitioners, such as lifestyle coaches - counselors - psychotherapists - naturopath - personal trainers .. yes, fitness is a good stress buster, and more .. such as yoga, meditation or art classes .. and yes.. a big YES again .. art and creativity are great against accumulated stress.
Music has an amazing influence on our stress and mood and emotional levels.
Interestingly it is often used the wrong way. How is that possible you may ask?
Particularly in relationship stress or break ups, often one or the other partner will listen to a specific song, which will re-ignite the pain of separation, instead of listening to music which would be happy or calming.
Most of all, don't forget about "Humour" - Laughter and humour is giving the brain a chance to relax and find its own solutions to problems. If you laugh about something, most of the stress is already dissolved.
It's your attitude, which dictates how serious or humorous you look at any given situation. Make an effort to see situation less serious and more humorous.
When individuals learn to lighten up, they enhance their attitude towards their tasks and the environment in which they work which results in less stress.
