Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, it's techniques are based on counselling - coaching and hypnosis skills to change negative and destructive attitudes and believe systems.

 

Most behaviour is based on patterns, NLP is a form of Psychotherapywhich is used change thoses mental and emotional behaviour patterns. It's uses are virtully endless, it is used to help people to stop smoking or other behavious and addictins, help people with fears and phobias as well as helping people to achieve their goals, even such things as playing better golf.

 

NLP is extensively used in corporate team building and human behaviour training.
