PT Therapy [Principle Thinking]
Is the only type of therapy which follows a structured program to simultaneously increase the client's principles [trust, respect, etc] while reducing their negative thinking, feelings and body reaction to an adverse event/s. Because it builds on positives, while reducing the negatives, it works faster and more effectively than other therapies.
The therapy is based on Stephen Covey's theories used in his books including "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People." It also draws on key aspects of Imago Therapy, Narrative therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Acceptance/Commitment Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Emotional Focused Therapy and CBT.
