I enjoy making spiritual energy practical, working with 'wu wei' to bring about effortless accomplishment, writing, singing and all things creative, getting to the heart of an issue before it produces self-doubt and keeping the spine still to rejuvenate inner peace. I love helping others to find their gifts and develop them through I Ching study, consultation and creative writing. I am a writer, publisher, composer and mother of two. There is no issue too insignificant or too overwhelming for energy refinement.
Spiritual achievement is not a display for others to admire. It is an internal energy balance that allows a person to radiate their own acceptance and thus inspire peace.
To be half-achieved is to be 'looking for yourself'. Some people are easily attracted to what appears bright on the outside; the externally visible things in life tend to get our attention. It is when we pay more respect to outer things that we may harm our internal energy management and begin to run the risk of 'losing ourselves'.
It is important to consider others opinions and the ways in which they conduct themselves because the world is made up of many world views. To be fixed upon one view can bring rigidity, alienation and stagnation. The subtle realm is always available as a font of moving energy that can help us access natural movement and change when we have reached a point of limitation.
Once we become conscious of our own truth we are far more likely to be open to the truth of another. There is no one truth. All aspects of life contain truth. We can each do our part to assist with the great work of Oneness which runs through all elements of humanity.
Self development can assist a person to rise above the conflicts of the world.
It is nice to imagine that we can set a good example for each other about how to live in the world but there is no permanent state that can freeze-frame a person's growth or development. Change is inevitable and we are each in a permanent state of self-correction and discovery. That is why in the I Ching we do not declare our own achievement. We are always working to restore our nature and keep a balanced flow that can help to extend the days of our lives.
