The Usui system of Natural Healing
Reiki is a method of universal life energy renewal which does not involve exercise. Reiki is the most simple and natural healing method known, and is the most effective way of transferring this Universal Life Energy.
DEFINITION
Reiki is Holistic in effect. It is experienced as a subtle flow of energy emanating from the hands, palms and fingers when placed on the body.
