EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique - is a type of energy therapy, based on the idea that the cause of emotional problems is a disturbance in the body's energy system. It is known as 'psychological acupressure', as it involves stimulating acupressure points by tapping on them with your fingers (no needles) to help release negative emotions.
