Business and Spirituality – The Path to Prosperity – Part 2

Spiritual Business management is the art of synthesising spiritual principles into everyday business practices.

Why would anyone wish to consider this option? Obviously, most individuals in business are very interested in finding creative ways through which they may achieve greater prosperity and success, as well as more harmony within their working environment.

Practicing Spiritual Business Management techniques need not imply that people should transform our offices into temples.

Techniques associated with Spiritual Business Management are simple. They incorporate and direct the use of ancient wisdom to benefit business targets. This does not mean that there is a necessity to flaunt such additional knowledge within the office or within a conservative community.

The real focus is to grow spiritually and to consciously create more prosperity into the business - while simultaneously harmonizing human relationships through the application of advanced esoteric technologies.

Once learned, it is easy to begin to develop and implement plans that will lead to maximized results, and that will magnetize goodwill into a person’s life and business practices.

First it is necessary to thoroughly understand what influences the Energy of a business.

What type of Energy is in your Business?

The Energy and dynamics in a business are a direct reflection of the Energies of the business owner as well as the collective Energies of the employees – both in the front and back office aspects of the business.

Disparities within a business may be considered to be imbalance of certain energies that throw the Business into a state of instability or confusion.

Comparatively an analogy regarding business may be drawn to the human energy field. When a person’s energy field and Energy Centers become imbalanced and they become sick or unwell.

There are many fundamental causes of stress, however, within the human body and within a business, it is the improper handling of Stress Energy is a root case of destructive, unregulated Stress Energy.

Stress Energy and the Spiral into Inefficiency

When we interact with others we are constantly exchanging energies. “Energies can be transferred.”

Just as a virus can spread through an office with lethal efficiency, stress energy – which is sometimes called ‘a modern day epidemic’ – can spread from person to person thereby reducing the positive collective team contribution into a business.

This kind of an unchecked situation may actually contribute to ill heath of the workers, resulting in loss of time in the office, as well as to instability and unrest in the workplace. The result may take the form of a rapid turn over of employees or in a serious lack of production due to the lack of result from the workers.

Stress can affect individuals in very different ways. But, a problem shared is not always a problem divided.

Actually the problem becomes magnified or doubled. The energy of stress and discontent can very easily overtake an office and create a toxic environment. The employees become frazzled. They experience a lack of energy and lose their drive to perform. In business this effect is a disaster.

Stress sucks the energy or the ‘life’ and inspiration out of a person. An overstressed individual is no longer “in spirit” and becomes disconnected from their “true self” which is the place from which their highest performance originates. In athletics this is called “the zone.”

Vital life force and spiritual connection of individuals is needed in order to inspire, to encourage and to propel a business owner and their team toward positive production – which in practical terms equates ‘meeting’ a target.

It is this vital life energy that animates individuals working together cohesively as a team – so that they are galvanized toward increasing success and with the fresh enthusiasm needed to reach company goals – rapidly and properly.

Addressing the Issue of Stress Energy in the Workplace.

When people succumb to the influence of Stress Energy it has a very dramatic effect on an individual’s personal energy field or aura.

Typically stress will first affect a major Energy Center called the Solar Plexus.  This Energy Center is of great importance because it influences the major organs of the body including the heart. Such an imbalance may manifest outwardly in negative emotions such as frustration, anger, and emotional outbursts – either at home or in the office.

Why? An ‘outburst’ normally occurs because an individual ‘loses’ control over their emotions.  Due to the strong need to release these negative stress energies – usually because there is such an accumulation of these pent-up energies within the system – that an individual can no longer contained all of this garbage and so an ‘outburst’ occurs.

“To achieve calmness and stillness you must activate the Heart”                                                - Master Choa Kok Sui

Meditation is one of the natural balancers of Stress Energy. For example, the short meditation known as Meditation on Twin Hearts (which is similar to Metta Meditation in the Buddhist tradition) is a powerful technique which activates both the Heart Energy Center and Crown Energy Centers of a practitioner.

Energetically a person is transformed because of the activation of these two Energy Centers. This creates a deep sense of calmness and inner peace. Thereby an individual is permitted to allow negative energies to be consciously released into positive actions, rather than into negative reactions.

The Energy of the Heart is like a “key to the door” that permits our spiritual connection to be rapidly and dramatically increased. The result of the balancing of these energies is that a strong down pouring of Divine Energy enters into the practitioner.

As this Divine Energy floods the Aura and Energy Centers of the meditator, it disintegrates substantial degrees of Stress Energy and creates a cleansing or flushing effect that releases the negative energies and pent up emotions out of the system of the practitioner.

In some parts of Europe they have begun to train employees to increase their personal energy level by using short meditational techniques, or through simple energising breathing techniques and through using fast Self Healing energy techniques such as Pranic Healing.

These techniques are highly beneficial in combating the negative effects of Stress energy in the workplace and home environment. Because business owner or workers no longer go home and release the pent up emotions onto their families, this simple, short meditation actively assists people to dramatically improve their interpersonal relationships on all levels.

Additionally, an ancient yogic technique for energising the brain, termed by Master Choa Kok Sui as “Super Brain Yoga”, may be used to overcome stress.

The practice of SBY takes only 60 seconds a day. Research has shown SBY to balance and synchronize both the left and right hemispheres of the brain, to increase clarity of thought, intuition, concentration and alertness within a very  short period of time.

Using Esoteric Secrets to Manage Businesses

While it is common knowledge that many leaders have used the ‘Art of War’ to formulate powerful business strategies, it is also possible to utilize esoteric knowledge regarding ‘the Seven Rays’ of the Theosophical tradition.  These ‘Rays’ represent the different aspects or qualities of every individual.

Every person can be better understood through more deeply grasping a more modern perception of the traits associated with the Seven Rays.

Master Choa Kok Suis Teachings include the concept of understanding Energy through grasping the implication of utilizing and applying an awareness of the energies of the Seven Rays in order to influence a desired conclusion.

Once informed about the deeper meaning of this ancient wisdom, an individual is able to manage and balance conflict, while simultaneously propelling a business to greater success.

Likewise by grasping the character of the workers, through a deeper understanding of what drives (to a large degree) an individual’s personality, fewer conflicts arise and placement of workers can be done with greater precision and positive outcome.

Knowing the technology of the Seven Rays gives a business owner or manager an enormous edge because; talent can be wisely employed in order to produce the greatest effect.

When senior administrators adapt a management style that harnesses the positive qualities and energy of the workers, through understanding the energy and qualities of the Seven Rays, it is possible to utilize the resource of manpower - in terms of employees - more effectively, thereby saving precious time which usually equates to greater profit.

“Constancy of aim and effort is a quality needed for greatness…This is a manifestation of the Will.”

                                                           - Master Choa Kok Sui

Timing in Business and the Law of Cycles…

The Kabbalah also guides us in business through knowing and understanding the powerful law of ‘Universal Cycles’.

Master Choa Kok Sui explains that everything in the universe is guided by cycles. Maintaining ‘Right Timing’ can help us determine when it is the “right time” to make certain management or business decisions.  Timing is a critical factor in business.

Kabbalistic Cycles are not based on astrology.

This method of calculation gives an insight into when specific cosmic energies will create a strong influence on our lives.

For example, knowing when we will enter a ‘Sun’ cycle and how long it will last, will give us the knowledge as to when to begin a new project or to open a new office.

Likewise if we are under another type of an influence, we find ourselves in a volatile period with the predominant energy being that of creative destruction. That is certainly NOT the time to marry, to begin a new relationship or to open a new office or to start a new project.

“According to the law of cycle everything is subject to change.  Nothing lasts forever”

                                                           - Master Choa Kok Sui

By understanding the power of these ancient universal laws, people in business have an advantage and are able to plan carefully their business activities and are able to make projections in advance through careful calculation.

When an individual trained in Spiritual Business management begins to work with The Law of Karma, The Law of Cycles and understanding that there is a technology that can be followed and implemented, this gives empowering knowledge that new possibilities are available that can assist in creating greater prosperity and success.
