Business and Spirituality – The Path to Prosperity – Part 1
Superficially, business and spirituality seem to be opposite of each other. Yet more and more people are interested in learning about the creative concept of ‘Spiritual Business Management’ as a way to become more successful in business – the integration of universal principles.
Is it practical to combine Business and Spirituality?
Many people ask, “How can an individual engaged in Business benefit through consciously using Spiritual Truth in order to become prosperous and successful?”
How is it possible to compete and to achieve an appreciable advantage in the business world without having to compromise a foundation of spiritual beliefs and values?
Can we truly be spiritual and still be super successful in Business?

The ancient axiom known as the Law of Karma states that “as we sow so we shall reap.” Why is this concept important both in life and in business?
In order to harvest prosperity, we must first plant the seeds of prosperity. We must give and share generously, and allow others to make a livelihood and to also be prosperous.
When we help other people to be successful we naturally attract more success because we are karmically entitled to be helped. Likewise, if we want to receive money, then it is necessary to give money and if we want to be paid on time then we should always pay our bills on time.
The Law of Karma may also be understood as a “Law of Entitlement” - You cannot harvest what you did not sow.
Alternatively if we bring harm to others through destructive tendencies such as maliciously trying to put others out of business or defaming people and destroying the careers or reputations of other people, then the fruit of our actions will be harvested.

ASSESSING LIFE THROUGH UNDERSTANDING ENERGY
All of life may be assessed in terms of Energy.
For example, our thoughts are a form of Energy.
Money is a form of Energy.
Sex is a form of Energy.
In business when you are trying to manifest things, to make money, to make things “happen”, to produce results, all of these activities require Energy.
Executives need to have Energized brains and Energized bodies in order to work more effectively. People in Business must begin to learn how to increase their energy. They must learn how divest themselves of activities that deplete their energy.
When methods that create additional life Energy are channelled in specific ways they can assist a person to materialise their goals.
Lies, manipulations and deceit actually substantially decrease our Energy.
Negative reactions such as anger, frustration and resentment substantially diminish our Energy. When uncontrolled, to a large degree, a person becomes literally disempowered through these strong negative emotions.
The Energy of Willpower and the Executive Mind
The human body is a complex piece of electronic equipment. Our Energy Centers can be used to help drive the physical, emotional and mental Will of the individual.
For example, the powerful Energy Center between the eyebrows can be activated in order to persistently drive a business towards success and prosperity.
This Energy Center also helps people to think rationally and assists them to embrace and understand abstract concepts that are required to accomplish a well organized and well managed, business operation. It is necessary to evaluate, to strategize and to direct activities in order to achieve the goal or objective.
Balancing Business with the Energy of the Heart Center
It is through the desire the desire to do good things in the world that a person is able to maintain balance in their life. This means an individual may do acts of service, may help other people, and simultaneously remain honest and fair in their business dealing.
There is a strong emphasis to generously contribute back into the world morally and ethically.
People in Business must counterbalance the natural instinct for survival and the active desire to create success - through simultaneously developing the Heart Energy Center.
Ruthlessness can be avoided through consciously using the Law of Consequence in order to strengthen their business environment.
There is an alchemy of factors that leads a Spiritual Business Management practitioner to reach a position of success in business. Practicality is required. For example, if a business is excessively generous or too kind philanthropically or too generous with their employees, or if not enough of a profit is generated to cover the costs … it is likely that such a business will not be able to sustain its operation for a very long time.
While there is the need to ‘create’ in a business, there is also the need to preserve the precious assets that are required to further promote and sustain functionality. Without serious attention to these factors the longevity of a company may not be sustainable over the long term.
Through learning about the different energies within us and in the environment, we may more efficiently utilize the spiritual laws of success.
Spiritual Business Management is a technology. When utilized it is possible to maximize the effect of various Energies that exist in business. These energies may be directed toward achievement of goals. By learning to remain always focused on the target – it is possible to rapidly achieve a greater degree of financial prosperity.
The harmonizing of the factors occurs through developing a deeper level of understanding regarding Business, while continuing to grow on a personal and spiritual level at the same time.
