Pendulum - How To Scry - Christine CameronOnce you ‘ve grounded and protected yourself, hold the chain about 3 -5 inches (10-18cm) between your thumb and forefinger, let your wrist go loose. Begin by starting the pendulum swing by allowing it to move in its own fashion with gentle movement To and Fro. Between questions fully stop and re commence for a more reliable result.
However, not all Pendulums will move in this particular manner. Sometimes this is displayed by the Pendulum as being capable of both spiralling and able rock to and fro as well, so then... Many Pendulums move in different directions so what’s important is that you are clear and can recognise the swing; remember to define what each direction the pendulum swing means before you embark on a question. The faster or wider the movements are the more conclusive and final the answer will be. As it’s your Pendulum, use your body’s energies to master the skill. Understand what your Pendulum is expressing to you. Take note, you will recognise the response. This will take practise. It’s always advisable to establish an understanding of what each of the signs mean and to centre the pendulum before moving on with your reading. A good way is to re establish your connection with the pendulum before each new question. There are countless ways because we are all unique and have individual styles, therefore the more your pendulum is used and charged, the better the results will be. Place the pendulum over the top of your map, words or graph, allow your pendulum to hover a reasonable width from the paper or by proportion as a map for instance will need a wider field. Rest elbow close to the body, thus anchored not rigid; the elbow should be comfortable particularly if you’re only starting to use pendulums. Let wrist go loose. Allow any movement from the arm or hand to be unconscious, this may take the form of a slight unconscious twitch or spasm thus sending the pendulum into motion as opposed to wishful thinking and consciously tweaking you’re pendulum to respond. www.gypsykallista.com.au25 Jul 2010 Last Update: 14 Nov 2010
