Stress Management - Meditation
Discover how easy meditation can be.
Learn how to use the power of your mind to generate positivity, optimism, improve self esteem, greater sense of peace and relaxation.
Meditation is excellent adjunct with any other therapy medical or natural that you may be taking at the time. Meditation helps with the following:
- Elevates the moods
- Generates clarity of mind and therefore better concentration
- Helps with memory recall
- Calms the nervous system and digestion
- Can help with some headaches/migraines
- Reduces tension in the body
- Improves your sense of well being and all other health disorders you maybe experiencing.
Guided journeys to help with relationship dynamics, goal manifestation, drawing that which you desire into your life and many other exercises.
The classes run for over an hour and are conducted by qualified practitioner and health consultant.
A meditation CD is also available for anyone wishing to practice on a daily basis in between classes which is highly recommended.
These classes will only run with a minimum of 4 people, so ask a friend to come along with you.
Anyone wishing to organise a group at their home (eastern suburbs only), please let me know. Cost will vary in accordance with location and duration.
Class times for home groups are min of 1.5 hours up to 3 hours.
On-site meditation for stress management is also available for business's so if your company/staff would like to arrange regular classes please call me.
Weekly classes are presently being conducted on Monday at 7.15pm. Other days can be arranged. One Saturday morning per month is also available.
Cost for evening class is presently: $25 for 1.5 hours (much longer than other classes that often run for just 1 hour).
