Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness, lack of energy and a feeling of weariness, which does not go away even after getting a good rest. Fatigue can affect anyone and it is essential to prevent adopt a good lifestyle for men, for children and for women because lifestyle causes vary in these individuals. If its work related, try as much as possible to avoid triggering factors, when under stress which is a psychological cause, get some rest in a stress free environment. For lifestyle fatigue causes, adopt healthy habits including proper rest and proper nutrition. By avoiding fatigue, you can also prevent workplace and motor vehicle accidents because; fatigue is a leading cause of such accidents. You will also lead a healthy social life by preventing fatigue.
