I must say i am a great fan of Rick Collingwood's work.

The 'A Youthful You' hypnosis CDis my favorite.

I have tried many others from meditation to other hypnosis products, subliminal messages, affirmations, but consciously they don't work for me. With Rick's hypnotherapy style and techniques I am relaxed and calm right from the beginning.

On this awesome CD the induction takes me on a journey of purpose and direction through many channels of emotional release, of letting go of the past and changing the conception of myself.

This amazing CD has that built within the recording and tackles all areas from physical healing, emotions and thoughts in a very natural way. I find my energy and outlook to life have improved greatly and more so my health and my youthful outlook and focus. From the old unwanted patterns I used to have in the past, they simply disappeared. It's almost like bringing a car into a mechanic and getting a full service and you are the one that is control of what you want as the outcome and it just happens. From the beginning to the end, even when I listen to it before I sleep at night, I have the best sleep and awaken ready to take on the world.
