Of course, there are good kinds of stress and bad kinds of stress.

The good kind of stress allows you to function at a higher level, to get you through a crisis, to sharpen your mind and performance level. Within the Clinic setting, your Kinesiologist applies gentle pressure to a specific muscle in order to gain information for the root cause of your symptoms. Your muscle will either hold steady or it will waver, indicating what problems exist. It is not like a relaxing massage, it is an information session where you will work together to create awareness and to remove obstacles that are personally holding you back. Your body will prioritize the most important factors that it needs to clear first and all that you will need id the courage to move forward.

With specialized techniques, your Kinesiologist will be able to clearly identify key times, people and places that are lying at the root cause of your over active stress response. There is no guess work involved and you will have many “aha” moment during this process. By creating true awareness, you will be able to move from the passenger seat and into the driver’s seat of the vehicle that is your life.
