I have been involved with using PSYCH-K® with clients in New Zealand and Australia now for several years. Also instructing people in using the PSYCH-K® change processes in their own lives as well as their friend, family and clients. Using this life changing process with clients, workshop participants and of course myself, I have found PSYCH-K to be an incredibly useful set of techniques and tools to not only communicate with the subconscious mind to find out what limiting beliefs are operating, but most importantly to be able to change these to self supporting beliefs. A commonly asked question is how and why is it that beliefs are so important in our lives. An interesting question indeed and one that can really only be understood if one understands how the subconscious mind works. Nature has evolved an incredibly efficient system for ensuring our survival in the environment in which we are born, by providing us with a huge download of information into our subconscious mind about our environment, ourselves and our significant relationships in the early stages of our life. This would be perfect in an ideal environment where the messages and information we received were reinforcing our beliefs that we are safe, worthy, lovable etc etc. The problems arise when our environment is less than desirable and the messages and information we receive about ourselves and the world around us is that it is not safe, we are not worthy or lovable etc etc. These are stored in our subconscious mind as truths. When we choose to leave that environment and embark on our own quest in life, we take with us all the foundational beliefs from childhood, some less than enhancing and less supportive than we would wish. Try as we might to develop ourselves through self development, reading, meditation, coaching, counselling etc unless we can change the limiting beliefs at a subconscious level, where they are stored, we continue to manifest them in our behaviour and our life. The subconscious level of the mind is where real and lasting change occurs. 95% of what we think, see, feel, say and do is run by our subconscious mind so it makes sense to be able to communicate at that level of the mind to implement and propel the changes we are seeking at the conscious level of the mind. When the conscious and the subconscious are aligned and in agreement, that is when we really are in the flow of life and experience an ease in moving through life seldom experienced when not aligned. I find working with the subconscious mind, an incredibly fascinating process and being able to access it, communicate with it and most importantly change it to support our goals in life, PSYCH-K gives me all the tools I need to work with. In the PSYCH-K Workshops in New Zealand and Australia, in which I am Certified to instruct, participants learn the following:
subconscious beliefs and help others in changing theirs. In addition to the above:
