Manage your Stress and Increase your Wellbeing - Workshop

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or run down?

If you neglect your own needs and overlook to nurture yourself regularly, you are in danger of deeper levels of unhappiness, low self-esteem and feelings of resentment.

You are invited to attend a six-week educational and experiential workshop to learn about stress, how to manage it and learn a variety of practical techniques to increase your happiness and wellbeing.

Topic will include:

· Identify your stress triggers and responses
· Create feelings of safety with an inner safe place
· Reduce any overwhelm as you learn to tap
· Relieve any anxiety as you learn to deep breathe
· Become more calm as you learn to do progressive muscle relaxation
· Build resilience as you get in touch with your inner resources

Date: Tuesday evening from 15th February to 22nd March 2011
