Use Nature Balanced Diet For Optimal Nutrition
Snacks and Desserts -
Choice 1: Fruit Salad
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese P1
1/4 Cup raspberries and
1/4 Kiwi fruit and
1/4 Apple C1
1 Macadamia Nut, crushed F1
Choice 2: Yogurt and Peaches
1/4 cup yogurt P o.5 C o.5

1/2 cup peaches C o.5
1 tsp. Almonds chopped F11/8tsp. Cardamom
Blend yogurt, cottage cheese and cardamom, pour over peaches, top with nuts.
Choice 3: Strawberry-Yogurt Jelly

2 envelopes unflavoured Gelatin P2
1 Cup plain low fat yogurt

1 Cup strawberries, hulled and pureed

Choice 4: Fruity Cottage Cheese
Will serve 4
1 cup low fat cottage cheese P4
3/4 cup cantaloupe, cubed C1
1/2 cup honey melon, " C1
3/4 cup canned peaches " C1
1/2 cup pineapple " C1
4 tsp. slivered almonds F4
Choice 5: Cheese and Cracker
30gr. low fat cheese P1
1 Rye-vitta or Rice cake C1
1 Tbs. Avocado F1

1 level tbs.Soy Protein Powder P1
Add Juice of: C1
1/3 cup Apple, or Orange
1/4 cup Cranberry, or Fruit punch or
Pineapple,
or
1/2 cup Grape or 3/4 cup Tomato or V-8 juice
or
Fruit: C1
1/4 cup Apple Sauce or 3 Apricots
or 1/2 cup Blackberries, or Fruit Cocktail or
Grapes, Peaches-canned, or
Pineapple-cubed, or Watermelon,
or 2/3 cup Raspberries or 1 cup Strawberries
Fats :
1/3 tsp. Almond oil or Canola oil
or Peanunt oil
or Sesame oil
or 1/2 tbs. Tahini
or 1 tsp. Almonds, slivered
or 1 Macadamia nut
or 6 Peanuts
Any of above fat choices F1
You can add 1/2 to 2 cups water - cold or hot
or make infusions from varied herbal teas.
For example:
Mix drink with; Strawberry and vanilla tea blend (1-2 teabags).
You may also add spices and natural flavourings.
