WHY DETOX?

 

To look and feel younger and healthier! That's why!

 

Unfortunately we live in a society where we are too busy or too tired to look after ourselves, and we are starting to suffer as we are more tired, more run down and more un-focused when it comes to what is most important: Living a life of quality time with family and friends, feeling energetic and fulfilled with the right balance of work and play.

 

Can you honestly say that you are completely satisfied with your health and the way in which it effects how you live your life?

 

Would you give up foods high in sugar and fat for 8 weeks, so you can have months and months of feeling alive - maybe for the first time ever?

 

We need to give our bodies a rest from caffeine, alcohol, McDonalds, pizza, chips, chocolate etc for at least 8 weeks, once a year - otherwise we may be headed for Diabetes Drive , Cancer Court or Heart Disease Highway .

 

It is a small price to pay for such an important long-term investment.
